We are located in Huntington Beach California. 

Do your items ship from USA

Yes! We house and ship all of our items ourselves so we are able to offer fast reliable shipping

What shipping service do you use?

We proudly use United States Postal Service to ship all of our orders


When will i receive my tracking number?

If its been 2 business days and you have not received your tracking number please reach out to us via e-mail or phone and we will be happy to help you. 

 

Something is missing from the order

While our packers are pretty great at getting your order together, very rarely they may leave an item out from the order. If this happens, please just reach out to us at info@inspireecoware.com and we can get this sorted for you.

Amendments and cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order you will need to contact us within 24hrs of placing the order.


My Item arrived damaged

We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this sometimes things are out of our control.

If this happens to you, please reach out with:
- Your order number.
- A picture of the damaged product.

Can I cancel my order

Any orders requesting cancellation may only do so within the first 24 hours of purchase. After this if the item has been shipped we must receive the product back before a refund is issued
