Ingredients:
- 2 small potatoes, thinly sliced
- ½ cup canned chickpeas
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
Instructions:
- Add the sliced potatoes and chickpeas to the inner dish and mix well.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the coconut milk and curry powder. Pour over top of the potatoes and chickpeas.
- Close the lid on the HeatsBox and plug it in.
- Choose these settings from the app: 185 degrees F (85 degrees C), Large portion, Cooking, 1 hour.
- Once the cooking time is over, season with salt and pepper to taste.
